Information About The Local Area

The location couldn’t be better – just yards from The Canyons’ Cabriolet (People Mover) lift. Walk out the door and in minutes you will be riding The Canyons Cabriolet (People Mover) lift, which whisks you to the heart of The Canyons Village where you can walk around and shop, eat dinner, ride the gondola up the mountain and possibly catch an outdoor concert.

In 2010 the Flight of the Canyons Gondola was re-routed so when you get to the top of the Cabriolet you’ll step right onto the Gondola up the mountain.

Beware of any Hidden Creek properties that are NOT on Aspen Drive.

Those on Cedar Lane, Summit Drive or Willow Glen are a long walk to the Cabriolet — downhill (which means uphill at the end of the day!) With those, you’ll likely find yourself driving to the day skier parking lot. Red Pine condos are also a long walk down/uphill. Look closely at the aerial view map that shows what I’m talking about. You will not find a condo or townhome that is closer to The Cabriolet than ours! And it’s a very short walk to the free town shuttle stop as well as the adjacent 7 Eleven (which sells beer!)

A BIT ON THE CANYONS: If you haven’t heard about The Canyons, you soon will. In the past ten years, more than $500 Million has been invested on The Canyons and it has more than quadrupled the mountain’s size! Recently, Vail Resorts purchased The Canyons and has made even more

improvements. The Canyons is now the largest ski resort in Utah and the 3rd largest in the U.S. It is scheduled to be the LARGEST SKI RESORT IN NORTH AMERICA within a few years. You’ve got to visit it now, before the rest of the world discovers it! Plus, The Canyons definitely has the shortest lift lines of all the nearby ski mountains. I promise, you’ll love the wide-ranging terrain and World

Famous dry Utah powder. You can also walk one block to the world famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Golden Door Spa and get a day pass to use their facilities.

But this isn’t just a ski-condo. If you’re reading this right now, you probably know how beautiful Park City is in the summer. The Canyons’ new golf course is almost complete and there’s a ton of on-mountain activities such as zip lines, lift-assisted mountain biking, fishing, hiking and much more. I can guarantee that you will love this condo even more in the non-winter seasons. Kids love playing around outside and there’s a small creek at the end of the cul-de-sac that they can explore. Walk out the sliding glass door to the private patio and you may even see some wildlife, including birds, raccoons and deer. I expect you’ll soon be a returning guest like the many others who return to stay at our vacation condo rental in Park City on each visit.
